  • Personal Impact of Red Tent: The personal impact I experience working with Red Tent is life transforming – humility and awareness two of the most profound areas of personal development for me. Working with women whose precarious history, generally due to the experience of trauma beyond the average person’s comprehension, is tremendously humbling. Hearing their stories, learning their challenges, feeling their defense; then witnessing the women, many the mothers of our future generation, embrace possibilities of self-worth, confidence, and hope through support, care, and tutelage of other women in a safe and creative environment, is a testament to human resilience and a consciousness of raising each other up.
